happy feet.
it’s been a pretty interesting day for my feet.
today is the first day i said EFF IT and ran on the treadmill, for the first time, in three years. i’ve had plantar fasciitis in my right foot for that amount of time and i’m just so tired of the bike and eliptical. i enjoy running.
and running i did for 10 min. it was all my foot could take. i felt like i wanted to die...

In his press conference tonight, the president just came out and said the Cambridge police “acted stupidly” in arresting Henry Louis Gates. Wow, so this is what it’s like to have a president who speaks directly and answers questions honestly. Nice.
